為了更好的突破四六級考試，我們始終認為四六級真題是最好的訓練材料。2006年6月起四級考試進行試卷改革。所以06年6月起到現在的聽力題目是最需要訓練得滾瓜爛熟的題目。若認為題目不夠訓練，也可以繼續做05年或以前的題目。但是題目時間越早，難度和實效性就越低。
第一步：預判
做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準確答案就在其間。復合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

很明顯，圈出所有的she，暗示自己稍后聽女士的話即可，而男士的話并非重點。

第二步：聽力開始
